Charity Navigator has awarded EPARC Associate, Dr. Jennifer Mayo, a $78,000 grant (joint with Dr. Teresa Harrison, Drexel University) to study the impact of charity ratings on donor behavior.  The proposed research will use both daily donations and web traffic data to examine how new information on nonprofit impact, leadership and culture affect donor decision-making. This project will build on Dr. Mayo’s prior work on quality disclosure in the nonprofit sector.
