Congratulations to Dr. David Kaplan, who received the Gold Chalk Award this week at Mizzou's Graduate and Postdoctoral Awards!  From the awards program: "The Gold Chalk Award recognizes University of Missouri faculty who have made significant contributions to the education and training of graduate and professional students.  For the past 36 years, GPC has recognized over 200 outstanding and well-deserving faculty.  Each year this award is given to four faculty members across varying fields of study who demonstrate not only excellence in teaching, but who also exhibit compassion and a commitment to the education and wellbeing of graduate and professional students."
