On November 15, members of Graduate Women in Economics (GWE) spent the afternoon at the Mud Room Studio, a paint-your-own-pottery space that sparks creativity and hands-on fun. It was a great chance for Ph.D. students and faculty to connect outside the classroom and take a break from the busy semester. We spent three hours painting and chatting, and the time flew by; it felt almost like a mindfulness retreat and a wonderful way to reset and recharge.
