Professor Jeff Milyo will be a visiting scholar at the American Institute for Economic Research in Great Barrington, Massachusetts in September 2026.

Milyo will be the first affiliate of the University of Missouri to participate in the fellowship, which has a distinguished history dating to 1933. Nobel prize winners from several disciplines, award-winning journalists, and professors from Harvard, Yale, Columbia, along with other leading institutions are alumni of this program.

The research fellowship provides an opportunity to conduct independent research on economic literacy while engaging with AIER research staff and other Visiting Fellows and scholars from a wide range of disciplines and countries.
