As Mizzou celebrates 65 years of Peace Corps service, the Department of Economics recognizes instructors Eric and Sarah Parsons for their own commitment to international service. Their Peace Corps experiences continue to shape the classroom, bringing valuable perspectives on economic development, cultural understanding, and global engagement to Mizzou students. Their work reflects the same spirit of service and leadership highlighted in Mizzou's celebration of Peace Corps volunteers around the world. Read more about Eric's experience with Show Me Mizzou.
