Dr. Laine eared her doctorate from the University of Jyvaskyla in Finland and completed a post-doc with the Wharton School of Business and the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She specializes in health economics and industrial organization.

Dr. Mayo earned her doctorate from the University of Michigan and is jointly appointed in the Truman School of Government and Public Affairs and Economics. Her research interests are in the area of public finance and the nonprofit sector.
