Dr. Fung is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Economics’ Heath Policy Lab. She received her PhD in Economics from Princeton University in 2024. Her research focus on topics in health and labor economics in the United States. Her dissertation examines how access to contraception, social security, and sex education impacts fertility and labor market market outcomes. At Missouri, she is starting new projects that study the effects of early cigarette bans on later-life mortality, and the impact of insurance coverage for hearing aids.
