2022 Vehicle Stops Report

The University of Missouri completed the 2022 Vehicle Stops Report for a successful third year of contracting with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office. The team is led by Dr. Brittany Street, Assistant Professor of Economics; other team members include graduate students, Emma Gould and Tabitha Juneau, and Dr. Jeffrey Milyo, Professor and Chair of the Department of Economics.

2021 Vehicle Stops Report

The University of Missouri completed the 2021 Vehicle Stops Report for a successful second year of contracting with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office. The team is led by Dr. Brittany Street, Assistant Professor of Economics; other team members include graduate students, Savannah McCauley and Tabitha Juneau, and Dr. Jeffrey Milyo, Professor and Chair of the Department of Economics.

2020 Vehicle Stops Report

Drs. Milyo and Street conducted the data analysis for the 2020 Vehicle Stops Report commissioned by the Attorney General’s Office. The Vehicle Stops Report is mandated under SB 1053(2000) Section 590.650, RSMo. to investigate the degree of disparity in stop by Missouri Law Enforcement Agencies, starting in 2000. This is the first year the University of Missouri has contracted with the AGO and implemented several improvements to the annual report, including new graphical analysis. Doctoral students Morgan Campbell, Tabitha Juneau, and Moenes Mellouli provided valuable research assistance on the project.
