2020 Vehicle Stops Report

Drs. Milyo and Street conducted the data analysis for the 2020 Vehicle Stops Report commissioned by the Attorney General’s Office. The Vehicle Stops Report is mandated under SB 1053(2000) Section 590.650, RSMo. to investigate the degree of disparity in stop by Missouri Law Enforcement Agencies, starting in 2000. This is the first year the University of Missouri has contracted with the AGO and implemented several improvements to the annual report, including new graphical analysis. Doctoral students Morgan Campbell, Tabitha Juneau, and Moenes Mellouli provided valuable research assistance on the project.
